• Photocopy of the ID (clear and valid) for the owner of the facility: (possibility for asking to see the original): the national ID number for Egyptians and passports for foreigners.
• Photocopy of the ID (clear and valid) for the Agent : (possibility for asking to see the original): the national ID number for Egyptians and passports for foreigners. (a valid residence permit is also required).
• Security inquiry form for the foreign facility owner.
• Approval of the competent authority if any of the company’s purposes requires obtaining special approval in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws (prior approval).
