- Lebanese customs clearance declarations in accordance with the specific form of the Republic of Lebanon.
- Import license from the Government of Lebanon.
- Insurance certificate issued by the insurance service provider approved by the Government of Lebanon..
- Inspection certificate .
- Temporary shipping certificates.
- Purchase order or letter of approval between the Lebanese importer and the supplier of goods outside Lebanon..
- Goods packing list
- Commercial invoice issued by the producer and exporter of goods.
- Certificate of origin issued by the country of origin of the goods sent and imported.
- Comesa Certificate of Origin
- Certificate of analysis of the goods sent..
- Commercial sales certificate of the goods sent..
- If the goods are not commercially concerned, a sale certificate shall be attached by the exporter with the goods sent.
- Certificate on the weight of the goods.
- The original invoice shall be certified by the Lebanese Consulate.
